Safety

Policy Statement:  It is our policy to make every effort possible to provide a safe and healthful environment for employees in order to protect our people, equipment and assets from harm and accidental loss.  We comply with local, state and federal safety standards, codes and regulations, and in that spirit we expect every employee to perform his or her job in a safe manner in keeping with procedures outlined in our safety program. 

Safety Committee:  Our safety committee members are volunteers who meet on a monthly basis and discuss the safety aspects of projects.  Members perform job inspections before the monthly meeting analyzing the projects for safety issues.  The committee discusses accidents and possible preventative measures to minimize risk.

Safety Incentive Program:  Phase 2 has developed a Safety Incentive Program as a means of rewarding those individuals who have worked accident free.  Employees working a set number of hours accident free are entitled to safety tokens for purchase of clothing, tools and equipment. 

Foremen-  All our foremen have received and continue to receive training in OSHA 10-hour, CPR & 1st Aid.  The foreman is deemed to be the competent person on site for Phase 2 Company.
