Phase 2 Company is hiring the following positions:

 

Project Manager / Estimator—Division 9 Work

       (specifically drywall, acoustical ceilings & paint)

· Must be able to perform detailed quantity take-offs and produce clear and accurate proposals. 

· Comfortable with following up with GC’s after bids

· Utilize knowledge for design assist and constructability of drywall, acoustical ceilings and paint systems. 

· Communicate efficiently with project management, field personnel and customers

· Establish and maintain long-term relationships with customers. 

 

Qualifications: 

· Bachelors degree in Construction Management

· Honesty & integrity

· Knowledge of Commercial Construction

· Proficient computer skills:  Microsoft Office and estimating software. 

 

Hours:  Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
